Santiago de Guayaquil is the most populous city of Ecuador. It’s a diverse city, strong willed and in constant growth. It has the largest sea port of the country, and its located in the Ecuadorian coast, known as the Pacific Pearl

The newly regenerated town center, is the most important touristic place of the city. It starts at the Malecon Del Salado until reaching the Bolivar and San Martin monument at the Malecon 2000. Great monuments are very common at every part of the city. Many history city icons. Museums, gardens, shopping centers, restaurants, pubs, food sites and the first IMAX center of Ecuador are also located in Guayaquil.

Barrio Las Peñas at Guayaquil is also an important place of the city. Its has been selected by World Monument Watch as one of a hundred architectonic, cultural and historic monuments that must be preserved as part of human heritage.
